Christina Delius verfügt über langjährige internationale Erfahrung im Trainings- und Kulturbereich. Derzeit arbeitet sie bei der Agentur für Internationale Museumskooperation an internationalen Projekten im Museumsbereich. Zuvor war sie als Training Specialist beim U.S. Außenministerium in Washington, D.C. tätig. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ihrer Laufbahn liegt in der Museumsvermittlung zeitgenössischer Kunst sowie in der Konzeption und Umsetzung internationaler Bildungs- und Outreach-Programme, unter anderem an der U.S. Botschaft in Taschkent und an der Fordham University in New York. Sie ist Diplom-Ingenieurin für Stadtplanung und hat in Hamburg, Kassel sowie an der Columbia University in New York City studiert.

Reyahn is a culture consultant and has been part-time Executive Director of The Exhibitions Group since 2023. During her time at The Exhibitions Group the organisation has gained Gallery Climate Coalition membership and codeveloped a valuable tool to support exhibition makers to be more environmentally friendly, the Rethinking Touring Exhibitions Toolkit. Reyahn has published research commissioned by Arts Council England and The Exhibitions Group on The Carbon Impacts of International Lending and Borrowing and trained as a Carbon Literate trainer.
Reyahn is a Trustee of the Scottish Museum of Empire, Slavery, Colonialism and Migration and a Fellow of the UK Museums Association.
